Pablo Picasso, Spanish, 1881 to 1973, a color callichromy printed on canvas La Guitare Blanche, 1953. One over 175, edited by Braun and Co in 1957. Hand signed on the back, Picasso. Callichromy is a reproduction technique invented by Jean Bruller, known by his pseudonym of writer Vercors. This method produced full-color reproductions of paintings (mostly portraits), printed with oil paints on primed canvases stretched over a frame.
