Description
Oil on canvas painting. After the 1925 artwork titled Portrait of Marquis Sommi by Tamara de Lempicka, 1898 to 1980, a Polish Art Deco artist. The artwork is a portrait of a young man. Marquis Guido di Girolamo Sommi Picenardi, was a knight of the sovereign Order of Malta and fascist of the first hour. In 1925, he was presented to Tamara de Lempicka by Count Emanuele di Castelbarco, they became lovers for some time, and Lempicka painted his portrait during the same year.
