Description
An extra large Russian silver kovsh. The kovsh has a traditional oval shape of a drinking vessel or ladle, with a single raised handle. The front is made in a sculptural design representing a crowned rooster, set with ruby stone eyes. The body and the handle of the ware are embellished with amethyst, lapis lazuli and chalcedony cabochons. A gold wash interior.
